Altar Society

Purpose:  To promote education by truly Christian Women, to unite all Christian Women, (single, married or widowed to edify one another by word and deed, to support one another by fervent prayers and be a fruitful source of blessing to the home and community.  The Society shall willingly care for St. Mary's church.

Altar Society Meeting and Activities:   

St. Mary's Altar Society meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month August through May in the Social Hall (Church basement.) Meeting dates are:

2025:

  • Wednesday, August 13 - 1:00 PM
    • Prepare Fall Dinner mailing.
    • Review Fall Dinner updates
    • Approve the 2025-2026 calendar
  • Monday, September 8 - 5:00 PM
    • Prepare meatballs and bread for stuffing.
    • Meeting.
    • Pizza.
  • Friday, September 26 - 8:00 AM
    • Fry chicken, prepare potatoes & vegatables.
    • Set-up dining room and ticket sales.
  • Sunday, September 28 - 
    • Fall Chicken and Meatball Dinner
      • served  from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM
      • Take-out available.
      • Sell beet relish at ticket table.

Adult Catechism/Bible Study:

Adult Catechism/Bible Study is using NEW TESTAMENT BASICS FOR  CATHOLICS (the orange and black book. If you don't have a book, call Linda Palmiscno (701-741-5370).
Classes are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month in the meeting room across from the church office.  See you there!
